High season rates apply at Christmas and New Year

Low Season Breaks
Sunday to Thursday:    Double/Twin £85.00 per room per night - 3 night minimum stay excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year and Weekends

High Season – April 2008 to October 2008
Sunday to Thursday:    Double/Twin £120.00 per room per night
Friday, Saturday, Bank Holidays and Regatta:    Double/Twin £130.00-£135.00 per room per night

High Season Breaks
Sunday to Thursday:    Double/Twin £112.50 per room per night – 3 night minimum stay excluding Bank Holidays, Regatta and Weekends

Single Occupancy
Double/Twin Tariff less £25.00

Additional Bed in Room £30.00 extra per night

Dinner

Three Course Meal £32.50 including service (menu can be influenced by guests!)

Please advise when booking if you would like Dinner on your first evening. Dinner is not served Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday. We do not hold a liquor licence but you are welcome to bring your own

Booking Conditions

Reservations are to be confirmed in writing within 7 days of booking or can be held on a debit/credit card - In the event of a cancellation of a booking within 21 days of the intended date of arrival you will be charged two thirds of the value of the booking. If the room is re-let this charge will, of course, be waived.  Arrival after 3.30pm or earlier by prior arrangement
